Time relays are electronic devices that allow, depending on the set times, to switch an output signal according to their function and they are well applied in automation of machines and industrial processes such as starting motors, Gates A61 Hi-Power II Belts control panels, industrial furnaces , injectors, among others. The relays have digital electronics that accommodate high accuracy, repeatability and noise immunity, and are designed to international standards. The relays ensure a compact and secure solution in boxes with small dimensions for 35mm DIN rail mounting, configurations with 1 or 2 NA-NF outputs and powered in 110- 130V 50 / 60Hz, 220-240V 50 / 60Hz or 24Vdc.
With timing ranges the relays can be adjusted from 0.3 seconds to 30 minutes with high reliability and accuracy. Regarding the type of actuation, the relays can be with: Delayed on energization – This type operates its keys one time after the connection, or energizing the relay and returns to rest immediately after its shutdown or de-energization; O Delayed deenergizing – operates the keys immediately upon activation, however these keys only return to rest one time after deactivation. In the panel of this relay we find a button by which the delay time is selected.
